Update Direct Debit Details

 

My3 Registered Customers

You can change your Direct Debit details in a few easy steps through your My3 Account by clicking here.  

 

My3 Web

  1. When you log into My3 Account via your browser, click on "Set Up Direct Debit",
  2. From here select “Edit”.
  3. Then select “Use Another Payment Method
  4. Enter the requested information, tick the “I Accept These Terms” box, and then click “Save”.
  5. Your Direct Debit details will be updated in real time.

 

My3 App

  1. When you log into My3 Account via your browser, click on "Set Up Direct Debit",
  2. From here select “Edit”.
  3. Then select “Use Another Payment Method
  4. Enter the requested information, tick the “I Accept These Terms” box, and then click “Save”.
  5. Your Direct Debit details will be updated in real time.

New to My3?

My3 is a convenient way for you to manage your Three account. With My3, you can set up Direct Debit, which is the most convenient way to pay your bill, as the money is automatically taken from your account each month.

 

My3 Web

To register a My3 account and set-up direct debit, please follow these steps:

  1. Open your browser window and go to www.three.ie/my3
  2. Select “Register” and enter the information requested.
  3. Read and agree to the Terms and Conditions, and click on “Create Profile”.
  4. You will be asked to check your email to verify your account. Go to your email and open the email “Let's Verify Your Email” from Three. Click on “Verify Your Email”.
  5. Once verified, you will be directed to the My3 login screen, where you will enter your login details.
  6. You will then be brought to the My3 dashboard.
  7. To set-up your Direct Debit, select “Set Direct Debit', which is available on the top left-hand corner of the screen.
  8. From here, you will need to select “Use Another Payment Method”. 
  9. Under the Bank Account tab, input the required information, tick the “I accept these terms”, and click Save. 

 

My3 App

  1. Go to either Google Play for Android device users or to the Apple App Store for Apple device users and download the My3 app.
  2. Once downloaded, open the app, and select “Register” from the sign in screen.
  3. Enter the details requested, and agree to the Terms and Conditions and click on “Create Profile”.
  4. You will be asked to check your email to verify your account. Go to your email and open the email “Let's Verify Your Email” from Three – click on “Verify Your Email”.
  5. Once verified, you will be directed to the My3 login screen, where you will enter your login details.
  6. You will then be brought to the My3 dashboard.
  7. Select the menu button in the top right corner of the “Current Amount Due” section (this looks like three dots next to each other).
  8. Select Manage Direct Debit and then choose “Change Direct Debit”.
  9. Then select “Pay with A Different Payment Method”.
  10. Enter the requested information, tick the “I Accept These Terms” box, and then click “Save”.
