Hi I cannot access my bills online. I have never been able to access my bills. I can't also log into the My3 Android app. I get a message saying the My3App is unavailable for this account. I have a business account as I got a good deal as I work in the Civil Service. I have to ask for my bills to be posted to me. Its quite frustrating. I've asked about this problem a number of times and nobody can seem to find a solution.

@Cabbage42 At the moment, some corporate type customers aren't able to view bills. I'm guessing you have this type of account. Send me your mobile number along with your full name, address, date birth and email address and I'll check this for you. I'll then request a copy of your bill via post if needed and I can also change your future bills to paper billing 👌
