Early Upgrade Query
On my old my3 account app it showed up an early upgrade for 30 May 2020. Since installing the new app and using the website when I click into upgrade it says it cannot be performed for me and to contact customer services. I'm currently 21 months into my 24 month contract and was looking forward to this upgrade. Can someone possibly look into my account to see if it is possible for an early upgrade thank you 😊
