Early Upgrade possible?

I have 2 accounts - my own and my wife - we are both due upgrades on 10th Sept according to the My3 page.

My wife's phone is smashed and under performing and want to ask about the possibility of upgrading early.

It just says you can upgrade from 10th September when I put mine or my wife's number in the My3 site.

have no idea when my contract is up as I have been with three for years and just keep upgrading 😄
