Not recieving calls and texts after porting

I changed over from eir to three 6 days ago and still not recieving calls and texts from anyone outside three network I can make calls! I put my old eir sim in and I am still able to recieve calls on the eir number but not make outgoing calls! My data and out going calls is working fine on three network
This is going on 6 days now and still not properly working keep been told it's been looked at but still no update
