I was checking my bill through My3 and I noticed it was very slightly higher than it should have been. I checked the list of charges and it said that I was being charged 20c for sending picture messages. My normal bill is €60, but this month my bill is €60.25. I’m not concerned about the amount given that it’s so low, but I haven’t sent any pictures at all in the current billing period, even through the likes of facebook messenger or WhatsApp, so I don’t understand why I’m being charged as if I did. I don’t mind being charged for going outside of my allowances, especially if the amount is this low, but not when the charges are not legitimate
