I recently recieved a text from Three saying that my bill due was €74.24. My bill is usually €55, having been increased by €5 from €50 a month after the €5 for EU usage came in. When I looked up my bill breakdown, it says I am being charged €16.06 for Roaming. I traveled to Spain recently, which being within the EU, shouldn't have had an impact on my bill. I have text messages on my phone and screenshots of my updated plan (since the extra €5 charge) which explain that all my calls, texts and data are now available for use within the EU. I have unlimited calls and texts to all networks and 8gb of data (which I did not exceed) so there should have been no charge. I would appreciate you correcting this immediately.
