I just had my 5G add on not go through for some reason, went to the store and they fixed it for me, but I have another problem now which showed up today, Which I really need help with. Being denied there is any issue when there clearly is, and its nothing to do with my device either, had multiple different ones tested including my neighbours complaining of the same issue...
