I have requested to unlock my phone via one of the Three stores. I got the following email message back:
You must have topped up your account by 130 euro using this handset before we can issue you with a network unlock code.
I am out of contract since 2017 and all my bills paid every month on time. I don't understand why I have to pay this?
I am using this forum as a last resort. The webchat is down and there's no option to speak to a human on the freephone line.
Anyone else getting this request for cash to unlock their phone?

Send the mods a pm with your account details and the IMEI of the phone and ask them to see if they can do it for you
