I am due an upgrade but was told by a guy in the Three shop that I have to do it online. My problem is that I can't view my upgrade eligibility either online or in the My3 app. I showed this to the guy instore and he couldn't understand why it wasn't showing up. He checked multiple times and I'm definitely due an upgrade, it has been over 24 months since I got my last phone anyway. Can you let me know if you can help me with this please as the phone I'm interested in is currently on promotion and I don't want to miss out!

I'm wondering if the reason you cannot view your upgrade is due to your permissions level on your account.
