Three.ie Support Sevice Issues - Mobile Broadband

Our Business have been having serious issues with not being able to SEND any emails on the Three.ie SMTP server for the past 3 weeks (plus ongoing issues since last September 2017) - I commenced a post here on the 27/02/2018 and as of ths morning and after 4 different Three.ie reps I am yet to get any valid feedback or solution (apart from the standard "we are checking with Tech Dept" response) - the standard of support for three.ie customers is really dissapointing.

 

Who can I escalate this issue with to get a valid response - (our account manager has also failed to rectify the issue) - Who in Three.ie can go through all setting on my router and confirm Three.ie smtp settings??? Is there any way I can access the Tech team directly by telephone?

Stephen any joy from your tech team - can you simply confirm Three.ie SMTP server settings please??

Any update from the tech team on this issue - any hope of shedding light on Three.ie SMTP settings??

Same issue here. Cant send email from mobile, still waiting on an update for 6 weeks now.

The tech team ate working on mybisdue since 12th Sept 2017 - busy tech
team!!!
Can you please simply check your own email software programme and check the
smtp settings and simply post here??

System says smtp@o2.ie is not a valid server name? Can you recheck your
outgoing mail settings again please.

Have three.ie got any smtp server or do they relay on customers using web
mail services?? Why does the smtp server setting not have three.ie included
somewhere?? As the change over from o2.ie is now many years past.

I've been hearing that for the last 6 weeks, thanks.

a) have you any suggestions on smtp email settings I can use instead

b) can you send me some ideas from your tech team on other options to help me out here or

c) maybe you can get someone from the tech team to ring or contact me??
