My3 Self Service Options

SPT and SME customers can use My3 to avail of immediate self service functionality for a number of different account administration tasks.

 

How to register for My3:

  1. Visit My3 by clicking here and select Business registration.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. A Verification Code will then be sent to you via email. Enter the verification code. 
  4. Select your account type, Mobile or Broadband.
  5. Enter the your mobile/broadband number.
  6. Verify your number.
  7. Registration is complete.

 

What self-service actions can I perform on My3?

Once you have successfully signed up for My3, you will be able to:

  • View all subscriptions (mobile numbers) associated with the account
  • View the current bill amount due
  • View bill history
  • View marketing permissions and preferences
  • Check if an account user is due for an upgrade

 

It gets even easier if you download the My3 App

Once you have successfully registered for My3, make sure you download the My3 App onto your device, which makes it even easier to check your account anytime, anywhere. 

 

SPT customers can download the My3 App to their device via the Apple App Store by clicking here (iPhone) or the Google Play Store by clicking here (Android). 

 

You can then log in on the go via the My3 App using your username and password.
