Did you know that as a Three+ user, you can text the word “MUSIC” to 51020, and whenever there's an upcoming gig, we will text you beforehand to let you know the dates and explain how to get Presale tickets? We don’t want you to miss a chance at a Presale! 🤗
What are Presale tickets?
All Three+ customers have the chance to get Presale tickets 48 hours early for events at 3Olympia and/or 3Arena.
Remember to get on the guest list at 3Arena’s Three+ Lounge too by showing the venue staff your Three+ App!
To avail of a Three+ Presale, you need to request a Presale code! Please note that this is exclusive to Three+ users.
Get those codes while you can! Please note that Presale codes are limited and when there is high demand, they get snapped up quickly.
How to get a Presale code:
- Login to Three+ via the app or website.
- Swipe to or select Music and Presale.
- Here, you can see which Presale codes are available or snapped up.
- Select the event of your choice with available Presale codes.
- Select “Send me code”.
- Your unique code will be sent to you by SMS or email!
How to use a Presale code:
- When the tickets go live on Presale, follow the link in the SMS where you received your Presale code.
- Use your unique code to purchase your tickets via Ticketmaster.
- Be sure to log on early, as Presale tickets are limited and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
Don't forget, if you don't get a Presale ticket, you have another chance to secure tickets on the general sale! 👍
Help! I’m having an issue!
Don’t panic!
- If the issue is related to purchasing or delivery of your Presale tickets, contact Ticketmaster.ie.
- Can’t access the Presale? It’s possible that tickets for this gig are in high demand and we are already aware that some customers are having difficulty accessing Three+.
- Having difficulties getting on Three+ through the app or website? This could be due to the high volume of customers accessing Three+. To get around this, access the Presale via Ticketmaster.
- Haven't received your Presale code? While Presale codes are usually sent to you within a few minutes, during times of high demand it may take up to 24 hours to receive your code.
- What if your code doesn’t work? It’s a 9 character case sensitive code, so double-check that you are entering the code EXACTLY. No spaces at the beginning or the end!
