Café Nero - €1 coffee vouchers disappeared from 3 Plus App

Hi all, 

Apologies if this isn't the correct place for it, but all my Cafe Nero €1 drink vouchers have disappeared from the 'My Codes' section of my 3 Plus app. 

I had stockpiled a good amount for the times I'd be out and about and they're all gone. Same with my partner. 

The expiration date on all codes generated since christmas was 31/12/2024, so can't see a good reason why they would get rid of them before expiration. 

Any ideas?

I've moved your query into our Three+ hub. I've reached out to our Three+ team about this and they have confirmed that they've had to remove the offer due to the fact that customers were experiencing difficulties with it. Our Three+ team are currently working to get a new offer to replace this and I'm sorry for any inconvenience caused.

I had no issue using them in the past. Do you know why Three+ members weren't let know? I only ask because it was when I went to Cafe Nero specifically and queued to get my €1 coffee that I noticed it was gone.

Do you know if the Three+ team will replenish lost vouchers? I had about 6 stockpiled.

The offer disappeared on my app about a week ago but now my codes are gone, too! Given they were valid until Dec 24 I'd hope they'd ber replaced, too. On the numbers front, I had a heap too - maybe 10 or so, pretty gutted

I think your last reply went missing. I can still read it from the email I received.

"Since then Cafe Nero decided to cease their partnership with Three+, resulting in the promotion being removed from Three+".

Any idea if there's a plan to replace the deal with anything else, and anything for customers who had quite a few vouchers who are now empty handed. I'll just say that I had personally recommended many pre-exist Three customers download the Three+ App for this particular deal. Would be very worth investigating to keep usership up.
