Hi, I got a similar response and lost many coupons, no new benefit that is as good as that one so far.
They should honour their offer, I don't care if there were too many people availing their codes, if it got too much, too expensive.
Is there a way of making them accountable and compensating us for the lost benefit?
I don't trust this program any more, between this and 'same winners for all competitions'...
