Circle k voucher

I claimed one of the €10 circle k vouchers but when I tried to redeem it in store they couldn’t scan the QR code. I went across town to use the thing 😭 and it expires on April 24th. Why on earth are we getting vouchers that don’t work?

Same, tried 2 Circle K’s and it didn’t work.

Same here, ridiculous. Tried two Circle K’s, didn’t work in either. Filled up both our cars now as they had a short expiry, waste of my time. First cashier tried everything, would not scan. The other cashier (today) in another Circle K nearby said they’re not working and they’ve stopped trying to scan them.

@Add_08379 I understand your frustration. With the help of the previous posters, I've alerted the Three+ team, and they are working with Circle K to resolve this. I apologise for any inconvenience.

Three+ and Circle K have confirmed that all QR codes are being reissued, and the expiry date is being extended! 

 Keep an eye out — an SMS or push notification will be sent tomorrow to everyone who received a QR code.

 To make sure you don’t miss it, open your Three+ app, tap on 'My Settings', and scroll down to Notifications to check your preferences.

Thanks Stacey, appreciate that. Unfortunately for me however we both have full tanks now as I tried my code on each car after I filled up. Maybe next time!
