Through Three+, you can gain access to exclusive offers on food, travel, retail, cinema, and music tickets. If that’s not your cup of tea, you can use Three+ to enter competitions and be in with a chance to win some amazing prizes each month.
Better yet, there is always something new to discover on Three+, so remember to check in regularly!

You can download Three+ on Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or access it on your web browser.

As long as you are a Three customer, you are free to register for Three+! Either register on the Three+ App by following the relevant link above or sign up directly online through the Three+ website by clicking here.
Click on the “Register” button, as pictured below, and follow the steps provided.
(It might be handy to note that you will use the same login details for Three.ie, Three+, and My3!)

Don’t worry! Sweet deals and exclusive offers aren’t for everyone. 😉 Just kidding – you can opt out of Three+ at any time by either navigating to the “My Settings” section of the App or website, or by texting NOPLUS to 51020.

All Three+ customers have exclusive access to Presale tickets 48 hours before general ticket sales for events in 3Arena and 3Olympia. Now, isn’t that something to shout about! 📢
If live music or comedy isn’t your vibe, you can still avail of Three+ offers on top brands like Intersport Elverys, Dunnes Stores, and Eason. We are always working on bringing new and exciting offers to our customers though, so be sure to log into Three+ regularly!

How do I redeem a Three+ code?

Make sure you are logged into Three+ and navigate to the offer that has caught your eye. Select the offer and you will be brought to an offer page with the option to either redeem your code in the App or via SMS text message. This choice is all down to personal preference, and you will be able to redeem your offer code either way!

What if I don’t want to use my Three+ code straight away?

No worries! If you would like to redeem your code for peace of mind and the use it later, follow the steps above to get your code. Your redeemed code will now be moved into the “My Codes” tab on Three+. Take a look at the screenshot below if you are unsure:
Please be aware that Three+ codes expire and the date on which this happens will be stated on your individual code. You have until the relevant expiry date to redeem your Three+ code. Happy shopping! 🛒

Firstly, please make sure you are registered for Three+. You can do this by downloading the App or logging into the website and clicking on “Register”.
To stay in the loop with Presales, subscribe to our 3Music page on 3Community by clicking here, or text PLUS to 51020 to receive Presale alerts. You should receive an email from 3Community alerting you to new posts in 3Music and text message alerts if you opt into messages from 51020.
Once you are notified of a Presale for an event that you would like to attend, either follow the links provided via email or text, or log into Three+. Navigate to the “Music & Presale” tab. Find the event you are interested in. Take a look at the imagery below for some more detail on this:
Click on the “Send me the code” button. You will then receive a Presale code by text, take a look what these texts look like in the image below:
(Please note that while Presale codes are usually sent out within a few minutes, during times of high demand, there can be a delay of up to 24 hours in receiving your code.)
Presale codes are unlimited and are available from the day that an event is announced, right up until the day that the Presale goes live. If you encounter any error when requesting a code, please try again later.

Once you have received your Presale code using the steps outlined above, follow the provided link in the text message that contains your code. (Click here to take a look at the Presale page.) The Presale page should look something like the image below:
When the Presale goes live, use your unique code to purchase your tickets via Ticketmaster. Make sure to log on to the Presale early! Tickets are limited and sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
Don’t forget that if you don’t manage to get a Presale ticket, you still have another chance to grab tickets in the general sale! 🎟
Alright, I’ve got my tickets. Now, how do I get into the Three+ Lounge in 3Arena?

Firstly, please note that the Three+ Lounge is not available if you have seated tickets. You will need access to the standing area to enter the Three+ Lounge.
Once you have entered 3Arena with your standing ticket, all you need to do on the night is show the Three+ App on your phone, and you will have access to the Three+ Lounge!

What is a Three+ competition and how do I enter?

Three+ runs competitions regularly, and you will find them under the “Competitions” tab in Three+. You can be in with a chance to win a wide range of prizes from a Three+ competition, from a phone to a concert ticket. And the best part is that it’s super easy to enter!
All you need to do is navigate to the “Competitions” tab on Three+, select the competition that you would like to enter, and select the “Enter Competition” button. You are now in with a chance to win!

Three+ competition winners will always be contacted by phone. A member of the Three team will call you to ask a few questions, with one of them being “is it okay to publish your name on our 3Community winners list”? (You can view our 2025 winners list by clicking here!)
If you say yes, your name and the prize that you have won from Three+ will be shared here on 3Community. 🎉

Sit tight! If you have won a digital voucher, the standard delivery is by email so keep an eye on your mailbox, including your sub-folders. For a physical voucher, it is sent by post, and for a phone, it is sent by courier.
Bear in mind that sometimes things don’t go to plan and there are delays but we aim to have your prize out to you within 3 to 4 weeks. How do I use the Three+ 2 for €10 offer on cinema tickets?

Did you know that as a Three+ customer you have exclusive access to 2 cinema tickets for €10? Talk about a bargain! Take a look at a screenshot of this offer below:
This offer is available in IMC cinemas nationwide and is valid Sunday through Thursday. All you need to do to redeem your discounted cinema tickets is log into Three+, navigate to the “Cinema” tab, and find your nearest IMC cinema.
As with any other Three+ offer, you can choose to redeem your code via web or SMS. Once you have your code to hand, you can use it to purchase tickets in-person at your selected cinema or book them online in advance.
