3Plus App competition confirmation text fail

Really not sure where to post this! 

Usually when I enter a competition from the 3Plus App (android) I get a text confirmation, eg the recent iPhone 23 Pro Max. But when I entered the Samsung Z Flip4 I got no text, but the entry page says already entered, is that normal? @Three_Deborah

Hi @Sasco thanks for reaching out to us, this is a bit of a strange one but I would be happy to look into it for you 😊 So that I can review your account please PM us your name, number, full address & date of birth. Once we have your details we'll be able to review your account and reach out to the 3Plus team to get this investigated and make sure you're entered in to the competition.
