I never received any text message about the pre-sale for tickets to see the Pixies at the Olympia. Tried using the chat line but the guy I was talking to had no idea what he was talking about and offered no help whatsoever other than telling me to "check the 2 site" which was less than useless.
I get bombarded constantly with texts from 3 offering me all sorts of tickets and offers I don't want but the one time they offer a pre-sale for a concert I actually want to go to, I hear nothing about it until the tickets are all gone. Any ideas why I received no text about this?
