Accessing your PUK Code

 

You will need a PUK (Personal Unlocking Key) code if you enter your PIN wrong 3 times, which causes your SIM to be blocked. 

 

You can get your PUK by logging into My3

  • Prepay customers can find their PUK code by clicking 'Get my PUK code' under 'Useful Links'.
  • Bill pay customers can find their PUK code by clicking 'Get PUK code' under 'Device Management'. 

You can also access your PUK code by calling us on 1913 and following the instructions. 

 

Once you enter your PUK code, you can set up a new PIN.
