Accessing your PUK Code
You will need a PUK (Personal Unlocking Key) code if you enter your SIM PIN wrong 3 times, which causes your SIM to be blocked.
You can get your PUK by calling us on 1913 and following the instructions on the IVR.
Please note that if this happens, once you enter your PUK code, you can set up a new SIM PIN.
