How to Clear Cache on Devices and Browsers
Choose your device or browser and follow the steps below to clear your cache.

Windows Desktop
- Google Chrome
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click 'More' (3 dots icon).
- Click ‘More tools’ > ‘Clear browsing data’.
- At the top of the pop-up box, choose a time range. To delete everything, select 'All time'.
- Next to 'Cookies and other site data' and 'Cached images and files,' check the boxes.
- Click 'Clear data'.
- Internet Explorer 11
- Open Internet Explorer 11.
- Click the 'Settings' icon (top right corner) and click 'Safety'.
- Click 'Delete browsing history'.
- Check the 'Temporary Internet files and website files' option.
- Click 'Delete'.
- A confirmation message should appear.
- Restart Internet Explorer 11.
- Microsoft Edge
- Open Microsoft Edge, select 'Menu' icon (top right corner).
- Click Settings > Privacy & services.
- Under 'Clear browsing data,' select 'Choose what to clear'.
- Select 'Cached images and files' and 'Cookies and other site data' check box and then select 'Clear'.
- Mozilla Firefox:
- Click the 'menu' button, and select 'Options'.
- Select the 'Privacy & Security' panel.
- In the 'Cookies and Site Data section,' click 'Clear Data'.
- Remove the check mark in front of 'Cookies and Site Data'.
- With 'Cached Web Content' check marked, click the 'Clear' button.
- Close the browser and re-open it to proceed.

- Safari for Mac:
- Click the Safari menu.
- Select 'Empty Cache'.
- Click 'Empty'.
- Safari 5.x for Windows:
- Click the 'Edit' menu.
- Select 'Empty Cache'.
- Click 'Empty'.

Android Web Browsers
- Most default browsers for most Android phones
- Tap the menu button on your device.
- Tap 'Settings'.
- Scroll to 'Privacy Settings'.
- Tap 'Clear Browsing Data'.
- In the drop-down list, select 'beginning of time'.
- Place a check mark next to: Browsing history, Cookies and site data, Cached images and files.
- Tap the 'Clear Data' button.
- Close and then reopen the browser.

- Safari on iPhones
- From the home screen, Select 'Settings' > Safari.
- At the bottom of Safari's settings screen, Select 'Clear cookies and data' or 'Clear Cookies and Clear Cache'.
- Confirm when prompted.

- Most Android devices
- Open the Settings of your phone.
- Tap the 'Storage' heading to open its settings page.
- Tap the 'Other Apps' heading to see a list of your installed apps.
- Find the application you want to clear the cache of and tap its listing.
- Tap the 'Clear cache' button.

- Most iOS devices (Beware – clearing app cache on iPhones requires the app to be uninstalled.)
- Tap Settings > General > Storage & iCloud Usage.
- In the top section (Storage), tap 'Manage Storage'.
- Select an app that's taking up a lot of space.
- Take a look at the entry for 'Documents & Data'.
- Tap 'Delete App', then head to the 'App Store' to re-download it.
