From time to time, the Apps on your phone will need to be updated to ensure they are latest version and continue working as they should. Keeping your Apps updated will ensure that you don't miss out on any new features.
Follow the steps outlined below on how to update your Apps.
Apple
- Go to the App Store app on your iPhone .
- Tap the 'My Account' button, or your profile picture located in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
- Scroll down, and tap 'Update' next to any Apps that you would like to update. Alternatively, tap 'Update All'.
- After an app is updated, it appears in the list of apps underneath 'Updated Recently'.
Android
- Open the Google Play Store App.
- On the top right-hand corner of the screen, tap your profile icon.
- Tap 'Manage apps & Device'.
- Under 'Updates available,' tap 'See details'.
- Tap 'Update' next to any Apps that you would like to update. Alternatively, tap 'Update All'.
