5g Broadband Silver Plan Upgrade for tech install assistant

I've been a satisfied customer of your 5G broadband Silver plan for seven months, under a two-year contract. However, I've recently encountered some network problems during cloudy or windy weather, which is disruptive since my apartment is fully Alexa-controlled. With a year and a half remaining on my contract, I'm concerned. Could you please advise me on how to request an upgrade to the Gold plan, which includes technical installation support?

Hey @kuma7grg , thanks for posting your idea here.

 

I have checked this with the relevant team who have advised that there currently isn't plans in the pipeline for customers to be able to remove themselves from the Silver plan to upgrade to the Gold plan while in contract however this doesn't mean that there isn't a chance of this changing in the future. 

 

If you are looking to switch between the two you would need to cancel the Silver plan and sign up for a new Gold plan.
