Apologies for the late response, as per your suggestion i’ve tried disabling wifi calling and yet the issue still does appear. i’ve tried seeing if it’s anything with the other persons phone and it isn’t. Simply, all calls that i receive do not sound as clear as when i make them. 4G calling does work though as when i receive the call and accept it my phone still says on 5G rather than dropping down to 3G.

The next thing we need to do is to test your sim and phone. Is it possible for you to try your sim card in another phone so that we can see if the issue is connected to the sim or the phone?
Ok @Krzysztof_32795 thanks for testing that. So, I just have one last question are you experiencing this in one specific place or everywhere? From the troubleshooting you've already done, we can see that the issue is with the sim, if you have difficulties everywhere then this means the issue is with the sim itself and it'll need to be replaced. This can be done in any store or requested online here.
If it's only happening in one place this means we need to get our tech team to have a look so please pop me a PM with your name, number, full address and date of birth and I'll reach out to them.
i’ve also just tried this on another sim with a different three number and it does the same thing. both devices get full bars of 4G and display the same problems. both only use volte on outgoing calls and only use volte on incoming calls if it’s a three to three call
Strange @Krzysztof_32795 just to confirm the person who is calling you from another network are they provisioned for VoLte? Are you able to call them using Volte?
