How to Add Insurance
Bill Pay
If you’re purchasing your phone online, you’ll see the option to add insurance while you are reviewing your basket. Otherwise, if you’re purchasing in-store, over the phone or online with our messaging team, you will be offered insurance by the sales agent.
Prepay
Insurance for Prepay phones can only be purchased in-store. So, if you're interested in adding insurance pop into your local Three store.
