At Three, we know how important it is to stay in contact with family and friends. With the devastating aftermath following the recent earthquake in Turkey and Syria, Three wants to help our customers to keep in contact with loved ones in both countries during this very difficult time.
What does this mean?
Any calls made by Three customers between the 6th and 20th of February 2023 from Ireland to Syria or Turkey, calls made from Syria or Turkey to Ireland and local calls made by Three customers while in Syria or Turkey will be credited back.
How does this work?
Prepay customers: Charges incurred for any of the above calls will be credited weekly.
Bill Pay customers: A credit will be added to your next bill.
