Hello, I am having severe connection issues with my ZTE MC801A 5G router. It is currently stuck on firmware version BD_UKH3GMC801AV1.0.0B12 and the internal dashboard update button states that no updates are available.
I have already tried a hard factory reset, but the router refuses to pull down the newer B15 update over-the-air. Could a member of the community support team please look up my account or PM me so I can give you my IMEI to manually push the latest firmware update to my device from the backend? Thank you.
