That's strange do you mean it will not accept the password to allow you to connect to the wifi? The first thing to do is double check the password. I know it sounds silly but personally, I have mistaken a 1 for I or a 0 for an O many times. I normally have to take a picture of the password and zoom in so that I can double check.
If you're sure of the password and still having difficulties the best thing to do is to call our dedicated 5G broadband team on 1913.
