Can't Access my Wi-Fi

 

Your Wi-Fi may be turned off on your modem.

 

There is a button on the side of your modem (WLAN).

 

Hold this button in and then release. Within 30 seconds, you should notice your WLAN or Wi-Fi light flashing.

 

Check with another device to see if your Wi-Fi service is now restored.

 

If service does not return, please contact us:

  • If you are a Three Business customer: Call Three Technical Service Desk on 1800-800-002 and press option 1.
  • Otherwise, call 1913 and enter your broadband number when prompted.
