Change my Wi-Fi Channel

Below are the details on how to change your Wi-Fi channel.

• Connect to router via LAN cable.
• Open internet browser
• Type 192.168.1.1 into your internet search engine.
• Username: admin
• Password: admin
• On left hand tab, click "Basic".
• Next click "WLAN".
• In the centre of the page, look for "Channel".
• Click on "Auto" to reveal alternative channels.
• Once you have selected a channel, click "Submit".

You may need to go through several different channels before finding the best channel to suit your needs. (Channel 1/6/9/11 are often the best options).

• If you are a Three Business customer: Call Three Technical Service Desk on 1800-800-002 and press option 1.
• Otherwise, call 1913 and enter your broadband number when prompted.
