Issues with Three Landline

 

If you are unable to make/receive calls, hear the caller on the line, or having any other issues with your landline (fixed voice solution), please follow the steps below to resolve the issues:

    • If the issue is to do with being unable to hear dial tone/caller on the line, make sure your volume is turned up, or if the sound is already too loud, just adjust volume accordingly.
    • Ensure that your phone is plugged into the Network Terminating Unit (NTU). Your NTU is the wall mounted socket where the external phone line comes into your house. 
    • Check that the phone cable is connected properly to both the phone and the NTU. If you suspect that the phone is faulty, try plugging another phone into the NTU and check if the issue is resolved. Should you have a faulty phone please get in touch with our team using the ‘MESSAGE US’ function on this page to rule out any other issues and enquire about a new phone.
