While your modem is powered on, press and hold the reset button with a pin until the lights flash off on the front of the modem, then release.
The reset button will be on the back of the modem. The button may be housed in the device, so you may need a pin to access the button.
Tip: Please consult with Three by calling 1913 before doing a reset, as you will undo all settings on the modem and reset it to factory settings. If you have a static IP assigned to your modem or have customised your passwords, port forwarding etc., will need updating.
