Gateway and Route for static ip

Hi,

I have got business plan and a static IP.

The static IP works well with the router. However, I want to assign that IP address to a server rather than to the main router. I am looking for gateway route information for that static ip so that I can configure that in my server.

I rang three tech support but not much luck. Three tech support said they were not trained for this type of configuration.

I am not sure if this is possible at all with Three static IP?

@phoex_hatim I've reached out to the teams and at the moment I'm still waiting for a response. I do expect that to be in the next day or two but in the meantime, I'll follow up and see if I can hurry it up.

@phoex_hatim thank you for allowing me the time to look into this for you and I'm sorry it took so long. I've just received confirmation from our teams that at the moment applying a static IP to a server rather than to the router is not something that we are able to provide at the moment.

Is there any option for requesting additional public IP address and then set that as server IP?

@phoex_hatim Sorry but the only option available is the static IP assigned to your router.
