Query on Extra Charges

I am a mobile broadband customer (prepay) having registered in January 2021. I topped up 30euros on 30th July 2021 and the data allowance would have ended 28 days later, on the 27th August. By then I had used 23GB of data. I did not require data until today 31st August when i topped up again by 30euros. My first question- is my Huawei router has not reset the data 'clock' back to 0- when does this typically happen? and my second question is I am seeing 16.20euros of 'Extra Charges' on my account. Please can someone advise. thank you.

@Sarah3 Hello there, let's take a look at this for you. Firstly, to monitor your usage we recommend using My3 rather than the clock on the router, My3 will be in line with your plan dates. Regarding the extra charges, I can check what they are for by accessing your account so pop me a PM with your broadband number, full name, address and date of birth 😁
