Can i please cancel my broadband Moderator edit: Personal details removed
@claref Thanks for getting back to me Clare. As the contract was set up in-store it's not possible to cancel at this time without paying a penalty, the 14 day returns window only applies to online or phone orders.
@claref I understand, I'm guessing when you were speaking to Customer Care you were advised to go to the store to have your current modem checked, and then when in the store you upgraded instead of sending the modem for repair. Pop me a PM with your broadband number, full name, address and date of birth so I can check your cancellation fee if you decide to go ahead and cancel.
