How do I Pay my Bill?

  

As a Billpay user, simply log onto the My3 App and the My3 Dashboard screen will automatically display. From here, tap the Make A Payment tab. Next, you will be asked to enter the amount that you wish to pay along with your credit/debit card details. Once you have entered the relevant details, tap the Pay Bill button to complete the transaction. 

 

You can also pay a current or overdue bill by going to the Bill History page and then opening the relevant Bill details page. Where a payment is required you will see a 'make a payment' button appear on the bottom of that bill details page.
