A passkey is a password-less login. Passkey examples are biometrics like fingerprint of facial recognition. Most smartphone users are currently using a passkey to get into our phones and many of our apps.
How to add a Passkey
If you’ve only recently joined Three, you may have already added a passkey to your account during registration. For those who didn’t or for customers who’ve been around for a while if you’d like to add a passkey to your account, I’ve laid out some simple steps to follow to help you get your passkey up and running.
My3 App users
- Open and login to your My3 App
- Once you’re logging in click on Account – at the bottom of the screen.
- Now, select My Details & Preferences
- Here, you’ll see an option to create a Passkey.
- All that’s left to do is follow the prompts on screen
Desktop – www.three.ie users
- Login to your My3 account
- Open the user menu and select Manage Profile
- Next, you’ll see the option on screen to Create a passkey, click here
- All that’s left to do if follow the steps on screen

How to delete a Passkey
My3 App users
- Login to your My3 App
- Select Account from the bottom of the screen
- Here you’ll see you’re Passkey is listed under your details.
- To delete the passkey all you need to do is click on the bin icon on the right of your Passkey.
Desktop – www.three.ie users
- Login to your My3 account
- Open the user menu – top right of the screen
- Select Manage Profile
- Here, you’ll be able to see your passkey under your personal details. Select it
- To complete the delete process click on the bin across from the active Passey
