How to update your Payment/Top Up Method
Please see below to find out how to update your Credit/Debit card details on My3.
Prepay
- Login to your My3 account
- Click 'Top Up Now'
- Select 'Payment Methods'
- Click 'Edit'
- Enter the new details
- Click 'Save'
Please note that if you experience any difficulty during the 'Add Card' step of this process, you may need to delete your previously saved card.
Alternatively, if you want to pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal:
- Choose Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal as your payment method in the payments section.
- If using Apple Pay, ensure you're on a Safari browser (Mac only) or any mobile browser.
- If using Google Pay or PayPal, it works across all supported devices and browsers.

Bill Pay
- Login to your My3 account
- Click 'Set Up Direct Debit'
- Click 'Edit'
- Select 'Use Another Payment Method'
- Toggle to 'Card Payment'
- Enter your new card details
- Accept the terms
- Click Save
Please note that Direct Debit details need to be active on an account at least 8 working days before your billing due date.
