Make Calls or Send Texts & MMS 

 

Make a call

 

  • Tap the Dialling Pad icon.
  • Dial the number.
  • Tap Call.
  • To call a contact tap Contacts, tap the required contact and tap their number.

Send a text or picture message

 

  • Tap Text Messages.
  • Tap Compose.
  • Enter the number of the person you want to text or select a contact.
  • Write your text and tap Send.

If you want to send a picture message follow this process but tap the insert picture icon.

 

Tap Attach and select Picture to select the picture you want to attach. 

 

Add my Email Settings

 

  • Tap Settings.
  • Tap Accounts.
  • Tap Add Account.
  • Tap Email, Calendar and Contacts.
  • Enter your email address and tap Next.
  • Enter your password and tap Next.
  • Enter a name for the email account.
  • Choose what you would like to sync.
  • Tap Done.

Add my Internet Settings

 

If you're having issues accessing the Internet it's good to check that your settings are correct. 

 

  • Tap Settings.
  • Tap Network Connections.
  • Tap Mobile Network.
  • Tap APN.
  • Tap the box under Access Point Name (APN) and enter the required information.
  • Leave username and password blank.
  • Tap Save.

Pair a Bluetooth Device 

 

  • Switch the Bluetooth device on.
  • Tap Bluetooth.
  • Tap the icon next to Bluetooth to turn it on.
  • Tap the Bluetooth you would like to connect to.

 Connect to a WiFi Hotspot 

 

  • Tap Wi-Fi.
  • Tap the icon next to Wi-Fi to turn it on.
  • Your phone will display a list of available networks.
  • Tap the network you want to connect to.
  • You may be asked to enter a password which you can get from the WiFi provider.

If you get an error message make sure you have entered the password correctly.

You should also check that the network is open to public use. 

 

Unlock Phone 

 

Click here to request the unlock code.

 

Once you have received the code you will be able to unlock your phone.

 

You don't need to have your Three SIM card in the phone.

 

  • Go to Settings.
  • Select Options.
  • Select SIM Card.
  • Select Unlock Network.
  • Enter the unlock code.

Turn off your phone and turn it back on again - your phone is now unlocked.
