Make Calls or Send Texts & MMS 


Make a Call


  • Tap the phone icon.
  • Dial the phone number or the first few letters of a contact's name.
  • Tap Call.

Send a Text or MMS


  • Tap Menu and then Message.
  • Tap +.
  • Enter a contact's name or number in the To: field.
  • Tap Add Text and enter your message.
  • Tap Send.

To send an MMS tap the attachment icon before tapping Send.


Add my Email Settings


  • Tap Menu and then Mail.
  • Tap Other and choose your mail provider.
  • Enter your email address and password.
  • Tap Next.
  • Your phone will automatically detect your email settings.
  • Enter a name for the account.
  • Tap Finish

If you get an error message make sure you have entered your email address and password correctly.


If you're still getting an error you can try adding your email manually: 


  • Tap Mail.
  • Tap Menu and then More.
  • Tap New Account.
  • Tap Other (POP3/IMAP).
  • Enter your email address and password. Tap Next.
  • Select POP from the Protocol dropdown.
  • Enter your email username.
  • Enter the Incoming email below POP server. This is the Incoming Mail Server for your email provider. 
  • Select None from Security type.
  • Enter 110 below Port.
  • Untick Login required.
  • Enter the Outgoing mail server below SMTP server. This is the Outgoing Mail Server for your Internet provider.  
  • Select None from Security type.
  • Enter 25 below Port.
  • Enter a name for the account and then your own name.
  • Tap Finish

Add my Internet Settings

Tap an available Access Point Name (APN) to change it or tap New APN to enter the settings from scratch.


Pair a Bluetooth Device 


  • Turn the Bluetooth device on.
  • Tap Settings.
  • Tap Bluetooth Settings.
  • Make sure the Bluetooth switch is turned to On
  • The Scan for devices. Your phone will look for nearby Bluetooth devices.
  • Tap the device you want to connect to.

Connect to a WiFi Hotspot 


  • Tap Settings.
  • Tap WiFi Settings.
  • Make sure the WiFi switch is turned to On.
  • The phone will automatically search for available networks.
  • Tap the network you want to connect to.
  • You may be asked to enter a password which you can get from the WiFi provider.

Unlock Phone 


Click here to request the unlock code.


Once you have received the code you will be able to unlock your phone.


  • Enter a SIM card from another network in to the phone.
  • Enter the PIN for the SIM Card if you are asked.
  • You will be prompted to enter the unlock code.
  • Enter the unlock code and restart the phone to complete the unlock process.
