Make Calls or Send Texts 


  • Dial the number using the keypad and press the call key to call a number.
  • You can also call a contact by pressing the menu button down.
  • Select the contact and press the call button.

Send a message


  • Select Menu then Messaging.
  • Select Create message.
  • Type in your message.
  • Select Send to and then Contacts.
    • To enter the number manually select Send to and then Number or mail.
  • Select a contact and select Send.

To send a picture message follow the process above but select Options and then Insert object before selecting Send.


Add my Email Settings 


  • Select Menu and then Mail.
  • Select Add Account.
  • Select your email provider.
  • Enter your email address and password.
  • Select Sign In.

Add my Internet Settings 


If you are having issues accessing the Internet you should make sure your settings are correct.

  • Edit Mobile data
  • Enter internet as the APN.

Pair a Bluetooth device 


  • Turn on the Bluetooth device.
  • Select Menu.
  • Select Settings.
  • Select Connectivity.
  • Select Bluetooth and switch it to On.
  • Select Paired Devices.
  • Select Add New Device.
  • The phone will now search for available devices. Select the device you want to connect to.

Unlock Phone


Click here to request the unlock code.


Once you have received the code you will be able to unlock your phone.


  • Turn on your mobile and enter your PIN number (if you use one).
  • Make sure your Three SIM card is in your phone.
  • With your phone in standby by mode enter the following: #PW+Unlock code+1# 
To get  press the * key 3 times.
To get press the * key 4 times.
To get press the * key 2 times.

If you get a Code Error message when you are trying to enter the unlock code:
  • Check that you have entered the code correctly. 
  • Make sure you are following the instructions exactly.
If the code is entered incorrectly three times your phone will lock and you will need to bring it to a Nokia Service Center to have it manually unlocked.
