To make a call, tap Phone. Dial in the number you want to call and press the call icon. You can also select a contact that opening the Contacts app.
To send texts or MMS tap the menu icon and select Messaging. Tap the NewMessage icon.Enter your message and tap the Send Message icon. Enter the number of the contact you want to text or tap the Contacts icon to select a saved number. Tap Done when you want to send the message.
If you want to send a picture message tap the attachement icon before tapping the Send Message icon.
Add my Email Settings
Enter your email address and password.
Your phone will automatically detect your email settings.
Enter a name for the account.
Enter the name to appear on outgoing emails.
If you get an error message make sure you have entered your email address and password correctly.
If you're still getting an error you can try adding your email manually:
Tap Menu and then Accounts.
Tap Menu and then Add Account.
Enter your email address and password. Tap Next.
Select POP3 Account.
Enter your email username.
Enter the Incoming email server. This is the Incoming Mail Server for your email provider.
Enter 110 beside Port.
Select None under Security Type. Tap Next.
Enter the Outgoing mail server. This is the Outgoing Mail Server for your Internet provider.
Enter 25 below Port.
Select None under Security Type.
Untick Require sign-in. Tap Next.
Set the email retrieval frequency.
Enter a name for the account and then your own name.

If you're having issues accessing the Internet it's good to check that your settings are correct.
These are usually found under:
Access Point Names
Pair a Bluetooth Device
Turn Bluetooth device on.
Drag the Bluetooth switch to the right to turn Bluetooth on.
The phone will automatically search for nearby Bluetooth devices. Tap the one you want to connect to.
Connect to a WiFi Hotspot
Drag the Wi-Fi switch to the right to turn Wi-Fi on.
The phone will search for available WiFi networks. Tap the network you want to connect to.
If you are asked for a password you can get this from the WiFi provider.
If you get an error message make sure you have entered the password correctly.
You should also check that the network is open to public use.
