3 prepay hero cannot add booster

Hello,

I purchased a 3 prepay hero SIM card today. I want to add a booster.

I read here that I need to click on "Manage services" button: https://community.three.ie/t5/3MadeEasy/All-About-Prepay-Boosters/ba-p/777015

But on my profile, I don't have this "Manage services" button, there is no "Change plan" button either.

Could you please tell me how to add a booster?
