Hi I had 7euro credit in my account and my 3 prepay20 expired so i topped up 15 euro to have 22 euro but my plan wouldnt activate?
How do i fix this

Our 3 Prepay plans are activated by topping up by required amount in one go, for you as you are on the 3 Prepay 20 a top up of €20 in one go is required to activate your plan.
