500MB add on not applied

On 14th Jan at 9.01am I bought a 500MB add on for €4.99

On 16th Jan at 9.59am I bought another 500MB

Today I bought another one as my account was showing 0MB

My account still shows 0MB although in Show all allowances I have 100% Mobile Surfing 500MB expires 23rd Feb 2022

I added up all my data usage since 14Jan and it came to 555MB

So it looks like the 500MB from 16th Jan was never applied.
