Balance showing as €0 - only topped up last week

Hi team,

I recently topped up my account for €20 last 08/03/2025. After that top up, my balance went up to €39.43.

However, I got a messaged earlier today saying that my balance went down to €0. I checked the Detailed Usage in my account and can confirm that there were no charges made since 08/03/2025.

Kindly have a look and fix the issue.

The issue has now been fully resolved,  and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. If you're still unable to use services as normal, please restart your device, and your service should resume. We can confirm that no customer will lose credit due to this issue, and Three is working to ensure that any impacted customers are credited appropriately in the coming days.
