I have tried to track my parcel, but it says there is no order information
on this parcel when I enter the tracking number.
I understand that December is a busy month and if the package is just going
to take longer to arrive that’s ok, but I just would like to have an idea
of when it will come and that is why I want to track it. The orders status
has changed from submitted to completed. What does this mean?
@Sarah_00827 That's good news because it means it's completed the packing process and is ready to be shipped to you from our warehouse. My guess is that it will be with you on Monday, do pop us a message to let us know once you receive it 😊
