If you're considering moving from Prepay to Bill Pay and you have a credit balance built up I would recommend that you use this up first before moving as the credit will not transfer with your number.
Unfortunately I topped up my husbands phone as I was worried about him, couldn’t get through. He also topped up by the same €30 at work. Is there any way of rescuing the extra €30, his plan just swallowed it up!
@BridOC did both top ups completed? If they have there is no way to return it.
Top ups are non-refundable once they have completed as they activate the plan. Has your husband been in contact with customer care? Have they been able to confirm that both top ups completed and activated his plan? If he hasn't ask him to contact us here on 3Community, just start a new topic and we'd be happy to have a look for him.
