I was charged twice for a top
Up on 24/08/23. The charge was meant to be for €20 but €40 was taken from the account, and two top ups were applied despite only one being done at the time.

I'd be happy to look into this for you. When you topped up on the 24th did you get an error on screen or was there a delay with the top up being processed?
